Soldier Boys

I am reading the book "Soldier Boys" by Dean Hughes. So far the book is about a boy named Dieter who is ten years old. Him and his friends have friends who are anywere in the age of 12-14. him and his friends go down to the pond to take a swim. they do not have swimming suits so they have to go swimming naked. they are scared to go in the water cause they think that the older boys will try to drown them.
